Born on 24 July 1981 in the Tavas district of Denizli, Spec. Dr. Mehmet KOCABIYIK completed his primary education at Denizli Namık Kemal Primary School, his secondary education at Denizli Atatürk Secondary School, and his high school education at Denizli Anafartalar Foreign-Language-Intensive High School.
